As a Handyman, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the quality and aesthetics of our properties through various maintenance and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide general maintenance and carpentry support across four Minneapolis properties, including repairs and installations
Handle interior work such as drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and fixture replacements (e.g., mirrors, countertops, cabinets)
Install and repair doors, windows, locks, blinds, and glass, as well as garage and closet doors
Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, ensuring a clean and organized work area
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field (entry-level or apprentice roles welcome)
Strong ability to consistently display a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn from skilled tradespeople
