Responsibilities
Install, operate, and test HVAC units (airflow tests on hooks platform, psychrometric chamber tests)
Perform motor teardown, failure analysis, dynamometer testing, and electrical parameter measurements
Collect, organize, and report test data using Excel/PowerPoint
Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate facility upkeep
Handle logistics for domestic and international shipments (U.S.–China)
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of HVAC experience in the U.S
Familiar with HVAC test equipment and basic electrical measurements
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong teamwork and communication skills
