Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities
Support accounting and sales administration (A/R oversight, order approval, reporting)
Develop and maintain customer relationships; assist with order acquisition and pricing
Coordinate the full order cycle-from quotation to delivery and payment collection
Conduct basic market and product research
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Handle negotiations, contract preparation, and supplier coordination
Manage order entry, logistics scheduling, and shipping arrangements
Prepare import/export documents (invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, etc.)
Support compliance, insurance, and risk management
Provide customer support and follow-up for quality or service issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
6–9 years of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication skills; Japanese a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel intermediate+)
Preferred
Experience in import/export, logistics, or production control preferred
