Responsibilities
Responsible for the full lifecycle of internal training programs, including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement
Support Lenovo’s talent development strategy and help build a strong leadership pipeline
Collaborate closely with business organizations and sales teams to identify opportunities to extend our learning solutions to external clients and partners
Help position leadership development as a strategic offering that drives client value and business growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
7+ of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment
prior experience in corporate Learning Development
deep understanding of adult learning principles
business alignment
stakeholder engagement
expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions for professional, adult audiences in a business environment
Preferred
Teaching and facilitation skills
Confidence in virtual and live environments
Leadership and communication skills
