Territory Sales Manager, West
ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, West to join their Western Team. The role involves maintaining and expanding market share for stone wool insulation, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Maintain existing business and expand ROCKWOOL’s position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector in the territory
Develop and nurture robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including but not limited to insulation and building material distributors, retail/LBM locations, builders and contractors
Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned area
Achieve established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget
Qualification
Required
Prior technical sales experience in the building materials industry is a MUST
Construction/Architectural industries
Understanding of the commercial and residential construction process
College degree
High drive, commitment, energy and integrity
Expertise presenting and training
Excellent time management skills
Professional communication skills – both written and oral
Solid computer skills – MS Office Suite and CRM
80% travel with ability to travel overnights 40% of the time
