Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols established for the location
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report observations as required
Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities in and around the premises, maintaining detailed records as directed
Assist visitors and staff by providing directions and answering questions regarding the location's procedures and access points
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established communication protocols
Complete all required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner

Required

Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
Security Experience: 1+ years
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Alarm panel experience
Comfortable using a computer or tablet
Access control or badge experience
