They are seeking a Structural Analysis Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Intern to assist with mechanical design problems and validate simulations using FEA tools. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology in structural analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities
Structural analysis
Assist in solving the mechanical design problems related to high temperature applications using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools
Able to validate the simulations using hand calculations for sanity checks
Understanding of how-to setup and solve non-linear FE analysis problems using ABAQUS and Hypermesh tools
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with FEA & Mechanical Design background
Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
Preferred
Strong understanding of fundamentals of the strength of materials
Exposure to FEA tools such as ABAQUS\HYPERMESH
Python programming and Scripting is advantageous
Very good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in teams
Work experience in the process industry is a plus but is not required
