Responsibilities

Own technical delivery for strategic customers. Design, implement, and deploy solutions that integrate Crisp into customer systems

Work directly with customers. Understand customer business workflows and translate them into robust technical architectures and data models

Serve as a trusted technical advisor. Helping customers adopt best practices in data engineering, modeling, and automation

Work with internal Crisp teams. Product, engineering, data, and customer success — to bring insights from the field into our roadmap

Customize and extend core platform functionality . You will often be writing production-grade code that becomes part of our product
