Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, Power BI, and Visual Studio
Create automation and reporting solutions with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Administer ServiceNow ITSM and Knowledge Management systems
Design dashboards, Balanced Scorecard reports, and performance metrics
Track and report SLOs and KPIs for internal teams and vendors
Recommend improvements for Service Level Management and operational efficiency
Manage full report lifecycle: planning, implementation, maintenance, and retirement
Monitor and analyze service request and incident trends, support ticket management
Provide user support for reporting and system administration
Gather reporting requirements and advise on system capabilities in project meetings
Assist with data conversion, surveys, and ITSM tool expansion

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years in Operations or Service Desk with focus on metrics, reporting, and ticket management
Proficiency in SSRS, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
