The role involves delivering accurate financial outputs, resolving accounting issues, and supporting initiatives to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Manage expense accounting and accounts payable:

Oversee accounts payable workflow system to ensure timely and accurate processing

Review payment invoices and prepare journal entries

Execute payments through online banking systems

Reconcile accounting payables, prepayment and accruals

Provide support across the team’s accounting and FP&A activities, including:

Revenue accounting and accounts receivable

Monthly closing – ledger reconciliations, balance fluctuations analysis etc

Audit and tax filing

Management accounting –monthly dashboards, expense analysis etc

Other – contribute to accounting transformation initiatives, inter-company activities, and ad-hoc projects as requested by Head of Finance
