Responsibilities
Process U.S. and Canadian payrolls for 400+ employees
Review payroll data and reports for accuracy before transmission
Prepare and fund HSA/FSA and 401(k) contributions post-payroll
Assist with international payrolls through third-party providers (EOR/PEO)
Support new state or locality tax setups as needed
Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies
Process wage garnishments, child support, and levies
Maintain payroll documentation and assist with audits
Manage timecard submissions and ensure accurate calculations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general reporting
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, Hybrid environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Paylocity
