Responsibilities

Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational objectives; Set program goals, objectives, and long-term roadmap; Create and manage program budgets and resources; Establish and maintain program controls and standards

Manage and coordinate multiple interconnected projects; Oversee project managers and allocate responsibilities to team members; Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance against goals; Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; Develop contingency plans and troubleshoot problems as they arise Ensure projects stay on track and resolve issues that may impact delivery

Collaborate with and manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams; Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to stakeholders and executives; Provide leadership and mentor project staff and managers
