Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service to clients within the wind industry

Create, submit, and manage intercompany orders to our manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Poland, and India

Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment

Work closely with the warehouse to plan shipments, resolve issues, and secure timely dispatch

Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communication

Collaborate daily with international teams across multiple time zones

Update and track information in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and transparency

Maintain organized records and assist with continuous process improvements
