Responsibilities

Determines design approaches and parameters
Analyzes equipment to establish operating data; conducts experimental tests and evaluates results
Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability
May also review vendor capability to support product development
Layout/design work is done in ASIC product environment
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Builds productive internal/external working relationships

Qualification

High-Speed ADCDAC DesignHigh-Speed Low Latency Clock & Data Recovery CircuitsCircuit & Layout expertiseEM tools experienceDSP knowledgeAnalog circuit designMatlab experienceVerilog AMS experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field
12+ years of experience in analog circuit design, high-speed mixed-signal design, or a closely related technical discipline

Preferred

Graduate studies (MS/PhD) in analog circuit design or a related field
Academic research, thesis work, or industry project experience in analog circuits
Demonstrated foundation in analog design fundamentals through coursework, research, or prior roles
