Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellence and efficiency in communication, data analysis, professional judgment, and knowledge of scientific principles
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively and balancing multiple project assignments and deadlines with a variety of project teams
Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Have a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
Have the ability to lead initiatives and effectively organize and disseminate information
Demonstrate strong quality assurance/quality control skills and attention to detail
Compile, organize, and configure environmental datasets within the EarthSoft’s EQuIS™ data management platform to support project objectives
Support geologic and engineering interpretations and the preparation of reports and visual materials using a variety of tools to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams of field and technical professionals—including geologists, environmental scientists, engineers, chemists, GIS/CAD specialists—and partner analytical laboratories

Required

B.S. in environmental studies/sciences, data sciences or analytics, geology, chemistry, engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of environmental consulting and/or professional experience with a focus on data management or analytics related to geological and/or engineering projects
Proven experience in statistical analysis, preferably within an environmental context, is a plus
Solid technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, collaborative, and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities
Demonstrated capabilities for use and development of tools for environmental data analysis, statistical evaluation, and visualization (Microsoft Excel and Power BI, Python or R, ChemStat, Sanitas™, ProUCL, Leapfrog)
Experience and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Access®, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, EQuIS™ or equivalent database systems
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
