Responsibilities
Contact existing clients who haven’t visited recently to encourage rebooking and re-engagement
Execute targeted outreach campaigns for promotions, special offers, and specific client segments
Generate bookings and appointments through warm calling efforts to the established client base
Create and refine natural-sounding scripts that feel conversational rather than sales-focused
Use the Zenoti POS system to access client information, booking history, and manage communications
Handle basic client inquiries regarding services, availability, pricing, and current promotions
Follow up using pre-saved messaging templates and automated communication tools
Potentially manage incoming salon calls once call-forwarding is established
Track outreach results and booking conversions to optimize campaign effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Fluent English with clear, professional communication skills and a friendly phone manner
1–2+ years of customer service or client outreach experience
Comfortable making phone calls and building genuine rapport with clients
Ability to learn new software systems (specifically the Zenoti POS platform)
Professional demeanor with the ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
Basic computer skills for accessing client databases and scheduling platforms
Preferred
Experience in beauty, wellness, or appointment-based businesses
Familiar with CRM or POS systems
