Responsibilities
Define and lead the vision and strategy for Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC) as Rubrik’s core SaaS platform and customer-facing control plane
Drive the growth of the Agentic platform, enabling Rubrik to deliver AI-powered automation and insights through agent-driven functionality
Grow RSC’s feature set to address enterprise and public sector customers, ensuring compliance, scalability, and enhanced cyber resilience
Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to execute on a roadmap that aligns with business objectives
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key technology and SaaS providers
Define success metrics for Control Plane capabilities and use outcomes to measure impact and guide future investments
Scale the Control Plane team while mentoring Product Managers to deliver cutting-edge, customer-first solutions
Qualification
Required
Lead the growth and strategy of Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC)
Oversee a team of skilled Product Managers
Drive the growth of the Agentic platform
Grow RSC's feature set to address enterprise and public sector customers
Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success)
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key technology and SaaS providers
Define success metrics for Control Plane capabilities
Scale the Control Plane team while mentoring Product Managers
Preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Proven experience driving the growth and innovation of scalable SaaS platforms
Experience with AI/ML technologies to enable intelligent automation and advanced insights
Understanding of private cloud infrastructure and integrations with SaaS solutions to address customer needs
Proven experience with cross-functional team management and partnerships in the SaaS and technology space
Strong track record in delivering secure, scalable, and impactful solutions to enterprise and public sector customers
Customer-centric approach, with the ability to anticipate and address customer pain points
