This role will focus on developing and executing asset strategies to maximize value, drive NOI growth, and optimize investment performance.

Responsibilities
Participate in acquisition underwriting, due diligence, integration of new assets, and disposition processes
Develop detailed property cash flow projections using Excel and Argus
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, brokers, vendors, and local market participants
Develop and execute strategic plans for each asset to enhance value and achieve investment objectives
Prepare and implement annual business plans and budgets for assigned assets
Provide strategic input on development and capital improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate
Bachelor's Degree in associated business degree
5+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in Argus
Experience with CRE research platforms
Preferred
Experience in investment sales
Experience in acquisitions
Experience in asset management
