Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, covering both technical and functional dimensions
Work closely with customer stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to design and implement scalable AI-driven digital transformation solutions
Lead technical discussions with customers, guiding architectural decisions and technology choices
Propose robust technical designs, architecture and oversee their execution across data pipelines, ML models, and AI systems
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for complex, multi-phased projects
Drive alignment between product capabilities and customer business goals
Provide technical leadership in areas such as Python development, data engineering, machine learning, and AI frameworks
Maintain communication cadence with executives and technical leads to track performance and progress
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience managing technical programs in data science, AI, or software products
Demonstrable knowledge of Python and its data/AI ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and modern data architecture
Proven experience in technical architecture design, solution reviews, and implementation
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to translate technical complexities into actionable business outcomes
Preferred
Prior experience in customer-facing technical leadership roles
Experience with AI orchestration tools or multi-agent systems
Exposure to private cloud environments
PMP or Agile certification is a plus
