Responsibilities
Manage a team of Analysts and Program Managers dedicated to operationalizing product requirements for AI/ML model training. Foster a culture, drive execution, and support the team toward their professional and career goals
Define and execute initiatives to optimize the delivery of datasets powering AI products
Advocate for AI and automation efforts ensuring the benefits of AI are strategically integrated to enhance efficiency and quality
Ensure all annotation programs are launch ready and meet structured compliance objectives
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams to manage program performance across the launch portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in scaled operations, Trust and Safety, program management, business strategy, or related fields
Experience in leadership/people management
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree
Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent technical experience
Experience in operational or organizational transformation
Ability to succeed in scaling global operations from ideation to maturity
