The role involves managing program design and operations, overseeing a dynamic delivery team, and ensuring the successful execution of a portfolio of experiential programs.

Responsibilities

Forecast program needs and participant demands, ensuring preparedness and efficiency, while developing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and project delivery timelines
In collaboration with faculty and staff colleagues, develop and maintain program material and learning resources for all courses, programs and events
Oversee each program’s delivery, to include mentoring and leadership of a cross-functional delivery team, with the expectation that both virtual and in-person programs are delivered with consistently high standards of quality
Build and maintain strong relationships with Johns Hopkins educators, academic leaders, graduate students and partners
Explore strategic opportunities to grow and expand program portfolio
Manage client relationships and ensure effective design, delivery, and management of new and existing programs
Maintain and clearly communicate to program leadership key data on enrollment, content, program highlights, performance, etc
Serve as subject matter expert regarding program requirements, advising participants and making additional recommendations as needed
Responsible for the management and ongoing content maintenance of the learning management system
Troubleshoot participant technical issues and concerns
Create or redefine best practices and workflow process to support an exceptional learning experience and cross-enterprise collaboration
Supports administrative functions for the program
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Four years of progressively responsible experience in program administration in an academic environment
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula
