Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair oil boiler and burner systems
Perform preventative maintenance and cleanings
Install and maintain pumps, hoses, and nozzles for skid tanks, Roth, and Granby heating oil tanks (interior and exterior)
Respond to emergency service calls and resolve safety concerns
Communicate with dispatch and service departments
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Deliver courteous, professional service to customers
Uphold safety and efficiency standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an oil and propane technician
Valid RI Oil Burner Journeymans License
Valid driver's license
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Preferred
HVAC experience (1 year preferred)
EPA Type II Certification (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
