Required

Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited or equivalent institution
2–7+ years of relevant professional engineering experience
Proficiency in English (verbal and written), including demonstrated technical writing skills
Strong working knowledge of the product development lifecycle, particularly DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report), DRBTR (Design Review Based on Test Results), and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Familiarity with HV charging systems and components: design, construction, and testing
Understanding of high-voltage safety standards and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel [intermediate to advanced], PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Available to work full-time on-site at the CTC facility in Auburn Hills, MI

Preferred

Master's or advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
5–10+ years of experience in the automotive or power electronics industry
Hands-on experience with DVP&R development for: High Voltage Power Inverter Modules, High Voltage Traction Motors
Prior experience authoring and managing engineering specification documents
Familiarity with version control systems or source control for documentation
Background in Design Release Engineering (DRE) roles
Experience defining End-of-Line (EOL) testing protocols for HV components
Direct exposure to lab environments and test equipment, such as: Digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hi-pot testers, High/low voltage power supplies and coolant conditioning units, Motor dynamometers and ETAS-based data acquisition tools
Demonstrated leadership or subject matter expertise in a technical team setting
