Grow community partnerships with civic, religious, educational, and business groups
Assist in meeting membership, fundraising, and program goals
Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills
Provide exceptional customer service
Interact effectively with diverse communities
Support volunteer recruitment, training, and program execution
Uphold high ethical standards and maintain professional conduct
Qualification
Required
Experience in nonprofits, sales, fundraising, or community outreach
Budgeting or fiscal management experience
Willingness to support Scouting America's leadership and membership standards and uphold the Scout Oath and Law
Reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
Offers are subject to criminal background check, reference check, and motor vehicle record review
Preferred
Ability to speak and write in Spanish
