Responsibilities
Provision, deprovision, and change privileged and non-privileged access within various platforms, systems, and applications
Follow standard operating procedures for centralized access processes maintained by the IAM Access Operations team
Troubleshoot access issues and provide guidance towards resolution
Collaborate with IAM team members to learn new administration processes and associated risks
Communicate effectively within the IAM organization and with requestors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and BeyondTrust
Strong Excel skills
Ability to identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities
Preferred
Experience with PowerShell, Python, or macro scripting
Familiarity with IT General Controls
Demonstrated ability to engage others for support in complex situations
