They are seeking a senior-level Maintenance Engineer/Mechanic to lead maintenance operations across their Orange and Anaheim facilities, ensuring the efficiency and safety of production lines.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across both facilities

Supervise and mentor one experienced Plant Maintenance Technician/Mechanic

Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on food and flavor processing and packaging equipment

Execute preventive maintenance across facility machinery, grounds, and infrastructure

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues

Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, power tools, and various equipment safely

Read and follow schematics, manuals, SOPs, and safety protocols with precision

Support GMP, HACCP, and product safety standards with strong attention to detail

Maintain accurate documentation and CMMS records

Respond swiftly to equipment failures and service requests

Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and optimize performance

Oversee vendors and coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Conduct minor construction tasks, system upgrades, and facility enhancements

Support building systems: HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety

Ensure full compliance with OSHA, FDA, SQF, and internal SOPs
