They are seeking an accomplished Alliance Sales Executive to expand their partner ecosystem and drive growth through strategic alliances with IT staffing firms, MSPs, and government prime contractors.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic alliance growth plan focused on IT staffing firms, MSPs and government prime contractors
Identify organizations with urgent or unmet workforce needs and position AES as the go-to staffing partner
Conduct deep market and company research to uncover high-potential partnership opportunities
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key stakeholders - driving trust, alignment and joint value creation
Articulate AES’s differentiated value proposition clearly and credibly, tailored to each partner’s business model and priorities
Negotiate partnership agreements, teaming arrangements and joint go-to-market initiatives to expand AES’s footprint
Collaborate closely with delivery, recruiting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction
Represent AES at industry events, conferences and partner forums to build visibility and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of proven success in alliance sales, channel development, or business development in the IT staffing and services industry
Deep understanding of the needs, operating models and procurement dynamics of IT staffing firms, MSPs and government prime contractors
Demonstrated ability to identify 'burning platform' scenarios and translate them into partnership opportunities
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic value propositions clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and research skills to identify target companies and craft tailored engagement strategies
Experience structuring and negotiating complex partnerships, teaming agreements or subcontracting arrangements
A self-starter with the ability to operate strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
