SharePoint Administrator (Q or Top-Secret Clearance Required)
Cadre5 is a company based in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, providing innovative technical solutions. They are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to lead all aspects of SharePoint Administration architecture and provide day-to-day administration and support for on-premises farms.

Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and migrating the SharePoint on-premises farms, integrating app, applications, and features
SharePoint on-premise content management and development
Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data
Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experience
Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments
SharePoint systems administration security, site monitoring, and performance tuning
Participate and support in design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security
Understand and focus on the deployment of these strategies to ensure optimal use of SharePoint technologies and other collaborative resources within the organization
Disaster recovery and planning, Change control and configuration management, Fault management and trouble management
Participate in a team-level 24x7 on call rotation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint solutions for business needs
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
2-3 years of experience maintaining a SharePoint Online business instance
Existing Q or Top-Secret clearance is required
Preferred
Understand browser-specific compatibility issues across SharePoint technologies
Strong communications skills; oral and written. Ability to convey ideas to technical and non-technical staff
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
Experience working outside of IT, consulting, developing, and supporting enterprise applications
Familiarity with ITIL
SharePoint administration skills, including web part deployment
Experience with PowerShell for common tasks
Experience maintaining site collections, document libraries, and permissions within SharePoint Online
Self-starter that can perform at a high level with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail while working in a diverse team environment
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks
