They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a strong candidate experience while contributing to broader talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct outreach to complete required pre-screening questionnaires

Act as the first point of contact for high-volume hiring needs

Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to evaluate fit

Coordinate and schedule qualified applicants for hiring interviews

Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners through clear communication, timely follow-up, and a strong sense of urgency

Prepare reports and contribute to recruiting projects as assigned
