Responsibilities

Provide surge support for Strategy and Operations priorities, including financial management (e.g., payroll, non-payroll) and annual business planning cycles
Partner with pillar leads to execute on deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Adapt quickly to changing business needs, moving between different operational focus areas as required
Communicate complex operational or financial updates clearly to stakeholders across the organization
Identify process inefficiencies in your rotation areas and propose lightweight, scalable solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or another relevant industry/discipline
4 years of experience analyzing and translating data into insights, delivering recommendations for improvements, and presenting results of analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with financial processes, such as budget tracking, payroll, or vendor management

Preferred

Experience in business operations and finance management specifically payroll and non-payroll workflows
Passion for supporting business needs with flexibility and resilience in a changing environment
Ability to enable quick onboarding and trust-building in new teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
