Cincinnati Reds is a professional baseball team based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and they are seeking Game Day Sales Interns to assist with various gameday assignments. The role involves promoting and selling Reds 50/50 Raffle tickets, supporting other fundraising events, and managing pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties at Great American Ball Park.

Responsibilities

Responsible for multiple pre-game, in-game and post-game duties at Great American Ball Park

Assist with the promotion and sale of Reds Community Fund Reds 50/50 raffle tickets to fans throughout the ballpark during all Cincinnati Reds home games

Responsible for set-up and tear down of all RCF related materials at the beginning and conclusion of each home game

Provide additional support to other RCF fundraisers and outreach events such as, but not limited to, Redlegs Run, Reds Baseball & Softball Camps, RCF Telethon and various events held at the P&G MLB Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Must have a high school diploma

Prior work or volunteer experience in at least one sports-related setting

Must be an energetic self-starter with an outgoing personality and be customer-service driven

Preferred

Have interest in sports business and have earned/are currently pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in a related area of study

Being that the position is primarily sales-based the candidate must have experience in a highly energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive work environment

Direct selling experience is a plus
