Responsibilities
Successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline
Have experience setting benchmarks and metrics
Understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs
Draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles
Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners
Exhibit exceptional candidate generation skills and client/account management
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize time effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Understand the value of providing amazing customer service
Qualification
Required
Graduate from Bachelor's degree program between 12/2026 and 6/2027
Ability to relocate nationwide. Relocation assistance provided, if eligible
Ability to complete 12-week internship between May – August 2026

Are 18 years of age or older
Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027
Preferred
Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment
Strong academic, leadership and/ or extracurricular record
Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields
