Responsibilities
Be a customer service leader to our business units overseeing critical tax aspects of transactions and operations
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities that align with broader business objectives
Exercise delegated authority on non-routine tax judgments, structuring, and legislative change matters
Partner with corporate functions, business units, and external parties on high-stakes tax matters
Monitor legislative changes and recommend proactive adjustments to policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive experience with tax advisory management (preferred)
Experience with consolidated groups and international taxation (preferred)
CPA certification
Big 4 accounting firm background (preferred)
Proven ability to communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders at all levels
Master's degree in taxation or equivalent strongly preferred
