Responsibilities
Provide a one-of-a-kind participant experience: In this role, you will be interfacing with our user research participants and customers. You'll partner with our Research Ops & Program Manager to refine our scheduling process to optimize for the best participant experience
Coordination and scheduling at scale: You'll coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews in an organized, timely, and consistent manner. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers to keep studies on track and on time
Qualification
Required
1+ years of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You are comfortable juggling multiple requests and timelines
You are kind, warm, and thoughtful. You care deeply about creating efficient, respectful experience for internal teams and external customers alike
Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, and Slack
Preferred
Some level of experience using Notion, particularly managing and creating Notion databases for tracking and documentation is a nice to have
