Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop solutions, applications and automated workflows primarily using our designated low-code platform

Understand and translate user stories and business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions within the low-code platform across all necessary components

Develop custom functionality and integrations using our low-code platform, JavaScript, and other languages within the platform or via API connections

Configure platform components, data models, user interfaces, and business logic to meet specific project needs

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and potentially external clients to ensure solutions align with requirements and deliver value

Clearly communicate technical solutions, progress, and potential challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences

Test, debug, and deploy solutions built on the low-code platform, ensuring quality and performance

Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and platform configurations

Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using the platform's capabilities

Stay updated on the features and best practices of the low-code platform and related technologies (JavaScript, Typescript), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

6+ years of experience in application development, business process automation, or a similar role

Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using one or more major low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platforms, N8n, Outsystems, etc)

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, specifically for scripting, customization, or extending application functionality within a platform context

Familiarity with scripting, data manipulation, or integration purposes within a platform context

Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and user stories and translate them into technical solutions within a low-code framework

Proven ability to learn new technologies, platform features, and business domains quickly

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and potentially external clients
