Primer is dedicated to reforming the K-12 education system by empowering educators to launch microschools. The Director of Impact and Partnerships will be responsible for growing a portfolio of major donors and enhancing fundraising efforts to support the foundation's mission.

Responsibilities

Create and own a portfolio of major gift donors including identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and renewal

Build out and run a mid-level giving program to create a stronger pipeline of donors

Serve as a face of Primer to donors and community members building strategic relationships and representing Primer at key events

Manage stakeholder communications toward increased awareness and engagement leading to gift renewals and increased gifts
