DC Inventory Control Manager

Responsibilities
Lead a small team of associates to manage product flow through sites, including slotting, tracking, and velocity
Implement and maintain quality processes and standards through continuous improvement projects
Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory variances including vendor errors or discrepancies
Inspect and process reverse logistics returns
Coordinate with other sites and departments to ensure shipment accuracy and integrity
Foster accountability while creating a healthy and positive working environment
Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site
Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution inventory experience
Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes
People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach
Preferred
1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with Korber or related WMS software
