Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and healthcare regulations

Work with multiple teams to document business requirements for healthcare-related marketing initiatives

Lead onboarding of new users and sites/facilities to the system applications

Evaluate effectiveness of healthcare campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing plans in adherence to government healthcare policies

Train the user population, including end users, liaison staff, and supervisors on the current applications

Maintain relevance of training materials

Facilitate communication and support for office hours, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users

Assist in promoting user adoption and engagement by ensuring coordination between various teams

Collaborate with data analysts to extract insights to support evidence-based decisions

Participates in special projects as required

Opportunity to work from home with a geographically dispersed team

Occasional travel may be required

Must reside in the U.S

Required

2 + years of related experience

Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on marketing within the healthcare sector

Experience with Health IT, EHR systems, and Meaningful Use

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, government projects, and marketing strategies

Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines

Understanding of Agile processes

Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team

Preferred

Experience with the Indian Health Service RPMS and/or Veterans Administration EHR systems

Expertise in using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server and/or Azure DevOps
