Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Serve as the primary liaison for all key stakeholders—including Product Owners, Technology Owners, Architects, Agility Leads, and Test Leads—by facilitating regular meetings and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across product, technology, design, data, and business teams
Drive operational excellence by coordinating project reviews, and supporting monthly business reviews and presentations to senior management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project and/or product management, preferably within financial services or technology
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Proven leadership in cross-functional, agile environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and product lifecycle management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Experience in home lending, mortgage servicing, or middleware technology
Familiarity with architectural review processes and technology delivery
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe)
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
