They are seeking a junior or senior intern in the Insurance & Risk Management or Business program to participate in a 12-week rotational internship program that provides exposure to various departments such as Claims, Underwriting, Risk Control, and Actuary.

Meet other interns across different lines of business within Tokio Marine HCC
Work on an assigned business case project and present it to the executive leadership team
Qualification
Required
Working toward a bachelor's degree and either be a current or recent enrollee in the study of Insurance & Risk Management, or Business Administration
60 hours of general college coursework with a GPA of 3.0 or greater
Work consecutive weeks throughout the summer on a hybrid schedule (35 hours per week: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
Initiative and active contributor with activities
