Required

Working toward a bachelor's degree and either be a current or recent enrollee in the study of Insurance & Risk Management, or Business Administration
60 hours of general college coursework with a GPA of 3.0 or greater
Work consecutive weeks throughout the summer on a hybrid schedule (35 hours per week: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
Initiative and active contributor with activities
Motivation to succeed
