Responsibilities
Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives
Build strong relationships with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and drive adoption
Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks in JIRA
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Lead and mentor Salesforce product analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Guide the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and measure product success
Conduct gap analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement best practices for Salesforce usage
Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and user acceptance processes
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
4-6 years Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects
4-6 years Experience in agile environments, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
4-6 years Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication experience
4-6 years Data-driven decision-making using analytics tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset (High proficiency)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders (High proficiency)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. (High proficiency)
Preferred
4-6 years Experience managing Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party integrations
Experience with Jira
