Responsibilities
Lead the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to keep all facilities clean, safe, and fully operational
Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems
Manage remodels, renovations, and small construction projects from start to finish
Supervise vendors and contractors—review bids, negotiate contracts, and track progress and quality
Participate in the Facilities On-Call rotation, responding to urgent maintenance needs after hours
Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, fire, and other regulatory and safety standards
Maintain facility records, maintenance logs, and equipment inventories
Partner with program and administrative teams to ensure facilities meet program needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of relevant experience (facilities, maintenance, and/or project management)
Management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and software tools – including email, work order systems, and project tracking platforms
Ability to balance multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and think critically when challenges arise
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
