Responsibilities
Define the vision and business strategy for the category and KPIs for measuring results
Manage category P&L and develop plans that drive long term revenue and margin improvements for the business
Develop vendor relationships inclusive of terms negotiations and growth focused initiatives
Identify process improvements, drive broad adoption, and provide an unparalleled customer experience
Devise clear frameworks for making day-to-day decisions
Lead execution of projects including building project plans
Drive commitments from internal teams including Marketing, Advertising, and Category Management
Dive deep into inputs and understand the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
4+ years of with Excel experience
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Preferred
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
