Responsibilities

Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
Identify and communicate inventory exceptions to the leadership team
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
Understand and apply health and safety guidelines/procedures
Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
Other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, reach truck, etc
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
Regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Ability to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
Occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forklifts
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
