Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business/G&A roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies
Source, expand, and maintain diverse recruiting channels while continuously optimizing processes and candidate experience
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles
Conduct recruitment data analysis, monitor funnel efficiency and channel performance, and iterate hiring strategies accordingly
Support employer branding initiatives and assist with campus recruitment programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, with 2–3 years of non-technical recruiting experience
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and sourcing channels, with solid ability to interpret role requirements
Excellent communication and candidate-management skills; able to build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders
Proactive, execution-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Capable of independently conducting recruitment data analysis
Preferred
Experience recruiting for startups, especially in AI or deep tech
Fluency in English
Experience recruiting for gaming-related roles
