Source and engage top talent across APAC

Required

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles

Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates

Leverage innovative sourcing methods across both conventional and unconventional channels

Build targeted outreach strategies and write high-conversion messages tailored to passive technical talent

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Strong English communication skills

Preferred

Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries

Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms

Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience in employer branding and optimizing recruiting touchpoints
