Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Develop and maintain an accurate inventory system for all Gift-In-Kind filler items

Support the physical inventory and allocation of Gift-In-Kind items in OCC warehouses

Manage the OCC Warehouses and Materials team

Ensure compliance with all inventory control policies and procedures

Oversee the annual set up and preparation of OCC processing facilities

Manage the annual warehouses and materials purchasing plan and budget

Hire, train, and manage a seasonal Processing Center Assistant in each process center location to lead the annual setup and teardown of shoebox processing operations

Collaborate with operations leadership to develop processing systems for receiving, inspecting, and shipping more than 10 million shoebox gifts through eight domestic processing centers

Provide leadership to seasonal Processing Center Management teams

Provides operational and leadership support for OCC Events and Vision Trips teams

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and at least five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Fluency in English (required)

Approximately 100 days/annually travel expectations; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
