Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
Partner with Security and Access Infrastructure Engineering teams to build and roll out security controls across the company
Collaborate with teams to prevent, remediate, and scale security risks
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in access infrastructure and policy management (e.g., access directory, firewall security, network security)

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with database configurations
Experience with program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management)
Experience with JavaScript, Apps Script, and SQL
Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, agreement, and organizational skills
