Responsibilities

Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze or understand failure to resolve issues
Define and execute data collection activities for technical issues
Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product
Own the supplier quality and reliability for Solid-State Drive (SSD) components, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through end-of-life
Develop and implement advanced quality plans and process controls (e.g., Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), Capability Process Index (CPK), etc.) to mitigate risks

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in quality, reliability or product engineering
4 years of experience in SSD manufacturing processes
Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace
Experience with SSD technologies, including SSD test processes
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field
12 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering for hardware technology and systems
Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication
Experience with Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM) technology
