Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and others
Create and maintain the company social calendar
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content
Measure the success of each social media campaign, through regular reporting and analysis of key metrics
Utilize superior writing skills to create engaging social media content while maintaining our brand voice
Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and positive customer engagement
Facilitate conversations and interactions with followers, answering queries in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
Work with graphics designers to ensure impactful visual content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
At least three years of experience in social media management
A strong, proven expertise in various social media platforms
Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Excellent knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics tools
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
